tips for eating less when you do have to eat:
drink a full cup of water 20 - 30 mins before eating
use sriracha or hot sauce >>>
also just eating spicy food in general
chew slowly + small bites
drink a sip of water/low cal drink in between each bite
spend time cutting up your food into small pieces
use a smaller dish
eat high volume low cal foods (eg. fill up on vegetables more than meat or carbs)
drink coffee throughout the day (appetite suppressant)
if you live with parents but you’re going out/to a friends house, tell them you’ll eat there but then when you get there tell your friends that you ate at home
these tips might not work for everyone, and you don’t have to do them. these just helped me a lot so i wanted to share and hopefully help out someone else too <3

Okay but frozen berries is literally the best thing I’ve discovered during weight loss.
And I really suggest trying black currant. It’s a tiny bit sour but I like it, and it makes me feel very full!(perfect for when you feel like binging.)
Plus, it’s only 31 kcal/100g :)

Porady dla motylków by stłumić uczucie głodu
• dużo ćwiczeń fizycznych (szczególnie ab) gdy mocno angażujemy nasze mięśnie brzucha, nie czuć głodu przez jakiś czas ( mam kilka ulubionych z yt po których są zajebiste efekty)
• spacer - gdy spacerujemy nie mamy przy sobie jedzenia, ponadto może zająć to nawet kilka godz, więc nawet jeżeli będziemy głodne to i tak nic nie zjemy + spalimy kcal.
• gdy jesteś bardzo glodny/a wypij na raz dużo wody np litr/ półtora ( ja czasami pije nawet 3l na raz, ale radzę uwazac, by nie przesadzić, mój organizm jest przyzwyczajony)
• zioła- picie ziół np. Mięty, rumianku, pokrzywy itd. Tłumi głód. Zioła mają więcej zalet ( oczyszczaja organizm, jelita, usuwają toksyny, poprawiają cerę i wlosy. Znam się na ziołach, więc jak ktoś potrzebuje porady jakie zioła na co to można pisac)
• robienie czegoś/ nie nudzenie się!!!!!! Tutaj akurat jeden ze skuteczniejszych sposobów- ja szczególnie lubię pojechac do jakiejś galerii i chodzić tam cały dzień, a przy okazji kupić sobie cos/ mierzyć ubrania. Serio dziewczyny gdy chodzicie po galerii to nawet nie myślicie o jedzeniu, a czas tam szybko mija.
• domowe spa/ sprzątanie/ nauka - również pomaga zabic czas
• ostatni sposób, który na mnie działa ( być może nie na kazdego) Puszczam sobie muzykę w słuchawkach i wyobrażam sobie jak już jestem piękną i chuda- do tego robienie kroków w domu jeżeli nie możecie wyjść.
To tyle na dziś motylki - proszę o reblogi, aby jak najwięcej motylków zobaczyło. Możecie również pisać swoje sposoby na głód. Miłego dnia motyleczki kochane❤️🦋

How To: Boost Your Metabolism :D
(as someone who lost 25 lbs in 2.5 months)
1. B6 & B12 boosts metabolism (you can take B6 without food, but B12 absorbs better with food) - These vitamins give you more energy and improve nerve health :D
2. Coffee/Energy Drinks/Caffeine Pills (duh) - Anything with caffeine will keep you alert, focused, and lose those pounds! Be aware of those high sugar/cal monsters or those fatty coffee drinks.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar - I find it helps with burning food/ making me less hungry. You can get these in pill form or dilute it
4. Warm lemon water/Teas - Very low cals, better water intake, debloats you. Again be careful of the sugar contents
5. Exercise like pilates, running/walking, weights, yoga, etc. - Easy way to gain muscle/lose fat- Basically resistance training
7. Fasting - Boosts your metabolism and overall health
8. Proteins!! Protein + gaining muscle will increase metabolism. As you st⭐️rve, still keep eating those proteins!!
9. Sleep!! Getting less than 6 hours of sleep will decrease your metabolism
